Tacos & Street Corn
Our delicious tacos are served traditionally on a corn tortilla with homemade salsas and garnishes. WARNING: Multiple napkins are required for this juicy menu addition.
Slow-roasted juicy free-range pork marinated in a citrus blend, Michoacan style, served on a soft corn tortilla. Traditionally garnished with onion, cilantro and a salsa roja.
Free range chicken goujons, crumbed and deep fried till golden and crisp. Served with salsa verde, guacamole, and garnished with greens.
Inspired by one of the best lamb barbacoas in La Purificación, Texcoco, an inspirational place where you have to get there really early to experience the whole ritual of the opening of the barbacoa pits. We slow roast lamb, cooked with vegetables until falling apart, traditionally garnished with cilantro, onion and earthy salsa pasilla.
Baja California style fish, crumbed and fried until crispy, served on a flour tortilla with jalapeño mayo, pico de gallo and shredded purple cabbage.
Iconic Mexico City style tacos of grilled pork fillet, marinated overnight with traditional pastor sauce of Yucatan achiote, chiles and spices. Served according to tradition with grilled pineapple, cilantro, onion and salsa verde.
Inspired by a recipe from my Tia Pilar from Valle Gomez, who taught me so much, we cook pieces of potato, onion and chilli poblano, grilled and served on a corn tortilla topped with salsa roja, lettuce and queso fresco.

A traditional dish from the Yucatan Peninsula. Pork marinated in achiote and citrus, wrapped in banana leaves, and slowly roasted for 8 hours. Served on a soft corn tortilla with slivers of habanero and lime-infused red onion.

Following the traditional method of the best eloteros in Mexico. We boil the corn with epazote until tender and smear it with a lime mayo garnished with grated queso fresco añejo and chile piquin.

Tostadas
Tostadas are made in-house, served cold, and are a delicious, crunchy addition to your menu.
Inspired by the Mercado 28 cevicheria in Quintana Roo, we take care and select fresh snapper and cure it in lime juice overnight. Complemented with avocado, tomato, onion and cilantro served on a crunchy corn tostada. Try them with habanero salsa for an extra kick!
Fresh juicy prawns cured in lime juice, with a green salsa made of tomatillo, onion and cilantro, seasoned and served with avocado and sprouts.
Juicy prawns fresh from the market, swimming in a spicy tomato sauce with onion, avocado and cilantro, Acapulco style, served on top of a crispy tostada. Garnished with lettuce.
Traditionally served in the best pozolerias as a complement, this tostada is served on a bed of refried beans, jalapeño in escabeche, Mexican oregano, poached chicken, lettuce and avocado.

Quesadillas
These Mexico City-style quesadillas are inspired by the famous Ricas Quesadillas in the market in Coyocan. Made by hand and deep-fried. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside and served with salsa, lettuce and lashings of sour cream. A must for your menu selection.
This quesadilla is filled with high-quality crispy chorizo and Oaxaca-style cheese, garnished with salsa, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
Pinto beans slowly stewed with sliced onion in a delicate tomato and chipotle sauce. Served warm inside a crispy quesadilla with sour cream and salsa verde.
This quesadilla is filled with a traditional duxelle of tomato, mushrooms, epazote, onion and jalapeño.
